The Crazy Potato is next. Yet another Peruvian restaurant opens in Fort Lauderdale. While I admire the ambition of the Peruvian people to own a business, I have to wonder why anyone would think that there is enough market for another Peruvian establishment.

The issue with all these Peruvian restaurant that the food is not made as it should be and people get disappointment the first time, I went to try the Peruvian Chicken since they advertised that is cook in Charcoal oven, It was very disappointing the chicken was very blend i had to put salt on it to eat it the only taste i got was the Smoke taste which was terrible.
There are very few good Peruvian restaurant in fort Lauderdale.

In recent years, Peruvian cuisine has been in a notorious rise. People in the industry are aware of this. If you go to a good Peruvian restaurant, you will most likely have to wait to be seated. In my opinion, thre's still eoom for a few more.
