Thank the Lord, La Playa is gone and Bootlegger is back. No more white cushions. No more go-go dancers in clown-like outfits. No more big Goon stopping you from coming in from Shooters with a beer.
Shooters has re-taken the old Bootlegger space and breathed it back to life. Its back to being part of Shooter's. So you can watch football at Shooter's and walk right over to Bootleggers with your drink.
Bootleggers
The full name of the place is Bootlegger Restaurant and Raw Bar. They'll only be open for Friday Happy Hour, and on Saturdays and Sundays. They'll have hot body contests on Saturday and Sunday afternoons. The Miami vibe is out of town and the old Fort Lauderdale is back!
