A Pompano Beach man was robbed in his home after a date with a women at YOLO and Vibe.
Police are warning wealthy middle aged men in Florida to be on the lookout for a seductress who is preying on unsuspecting targets. A woman who identified herself as 'Crystal' reportedly made off with over $100,000 worth of cash and luxury watches after drugging a man.
The two had met previously; on March 2 she met the 45-year-old man at the bar in YOLO, and they stayed there until closing. They went to Vibe afterwards, and then to the man's waterfront Pompano Beach home. Crystal then made the man a drink, which took an unusually long time to make. The next thing that the victim remembers is waking up the next afternoon
The woman made off with $6,000 in cash, a platinum Rolex and 3 other watches valued at more than $95,000.
She erased her contact information from his phone before she left; why she just didn't take it and dump it in the trash is a mystery to me. Did he have her # before the meeting? Did he back up his phone on his computer?
The man's name has been reported as Robert Cournoyer, but there is no such person who owns a home in Broward County. So I suspect the name may not be exact.
