Critic's Review
I was one of the few people who liked Little Nicky's; this place opened under my radar. I saw it when I was driving by so I decided to try a slice.
The Garlic Knot is a franchise operation based in Colorado. This is their first location outside of Coloroado.
They remodeled so that the dining room is a separate room and there's a counter up front. It was always a little odd in Nicky's doing take out as there was no counter.
It took longer than usual to warm up a slice, but they gave me a box for the one slice which is cool. $2.92 for a good sized slice.
Thin crust with an emphasis on cheese. The crust was a bit crispy but that was probably due to re-heating the slice. A tasty, cheesy slice. Did I mention the cheese? One thing that concerned me was the absolutely perfectly round crust. This baby was machine made; or at least made in a mold.
They're a bit pricey; $16.25 for an 18" pizza. But definitely on my list for a whole pie.
