The Rock Bar / Spazio people bought this place and it will be re-opening as Del Mar Cafe Ibiza according to public records. I don't expect it to be much different than Cafe Del Mar.

Early reviews claim that they're charging $21 for a salad and $25 for drinks.

Looks like the original owner of Cafe Del Mar (the Gran Forno guy) has bought the place back from the Spazio people.

The more things change, the more they stay the same.

They did away with the only classic rock / blues / reggae band on the strip .The Acoustic Souls " drew big crowds even on Tuesday nights attracting fans of good ol American Rock and Roll. The only alternative is Flamenco ! REALLY???? Go figure .
