Critic's Review
Briny's is a large waterfront "pub" located towards the rear of the Riverfront complex. With live music daily, its a casual hangout for friends and families. You NYers who remember OBI South might feel at home with the overdone decorations. As a club the place fails for some reason. It just doesn't work, so a restaurant it is.
I'm not a huge fan of the food here; it's irish fare without the authenticity. I've had the shepard's pie and it just seems like hamburger and mashed potatoes. There's too much smoke, too many dog's, and too many pets for me.
This is the place to be on St Patricks day with live music all day and the entire area packed with drunk green people. Its the only time I come here. Don't miss it.
