The owner of Bellini Italian Bistro in Weston has opened a full service Italian Restaurant in the space previously occupied by Spatch.
Commercial and Oakland Park Blvd are littered with Italian Restaurants, and this shopping center idea has been a disaster for everyone involved (Fresh Market is always dead empty); I'm not sure why anyone would think a restaurant at this price point would do well here.
Standard, boilerplate Italian Menu with limited lunch items;(cream in the Carbonara); they're currently only open for dinner.
They still have the "Grilled Peri-Peri Chicken" sign up, but I don't see it on the menu. I also find it interesting that they don't have regular coffee on the menu; we've come so far that plain, caffeinated coffee isn't even an option.
