Critic's Review
There are many who claim that Vito's has the best Pizza in Fort Lauderdale, but I don't see how that can be the case. I've gotten pizza at their sister location on E 17th street a few times, and I was never that impressed. I decided to try the location that started it all to see if there was some drop off at the satellite location.
The place is a step above a pizza joint with a few booths. They have a nice TV which seems aimed specifically so that the guys working behind the counter can see it rather than the customers.
They always get a bit nippy when you order a slice and no drink, but thats the way it goes.
There's really nothing I like about the slice. It looks sloppily made, with oregano only on the end. The cheese seems sparse. There isn't enough sauce. The crust is sort of crispy. Its just not that good.
