Cheetah Hallandale Beach was one of the few "Adult" clubs I went to when I first moved to South Florida and wanted to check out such things. It's a couple of blocks from Scarlett's, so you can go to both places easily if one was bad on a particular night. It's in Hallandale, but it's right off 95, so it's a quick trip from Fort Lauderdale.
The main room is about the same as it was before without the bad "cheetah" spots upholstery. It's cleaner now, with metallic edges and red leather club chairs. The big difference is that they've build a big video lounge to the left with big screen TVs and couches for watching the games. I figured I'd go on a Monday as it seemed from their advertising that they were making a big deal out of football.
I got there around 7:30; their parking policy isn't clear but it was free on this night. They charged $5 to get in. The first thing I notice was that the place reeked from cigars; and also that there was nobody in the place. 2 guys in the corner of the front bar were stinking up the entire club. There were about 5 guys at the front bar and 2 at the back bar. 3 girls were dancing, one at each side bar and one on the center stage. None of them were getting any modeling assignments anytime soon.
I sat down and ordered a water. There were a bunch of girls sitting in the corner around some dude who appeared to be the boyfriend of one of them. A couple of guys came in and sat on the club chairs by the center stage. There were girls walking in and out of the back room where they change but no real mingling. The girls didn't seem too interested in any of the customers.
Many times in these places the bartenders or cocktail waitresses are the best looking ones in the place, but here even they were out of shape and unattractive. It's a dark place so you can't see too many details from across the room, but I could see enough to know that I didn't want to make eye contact with them.
There was one really skinny girl with a nice rear end with a sort of middle-eastern look that I didn't think was too bad, but when she took the stage she was doing some weird stuff. When her set was up she disappeared into the back room and didn't come out; after a while I left as there appeared to be nothing new on the horizon.
They have a free lunch here that I had thought of trying previously, but if they don't have any talent here in the evening I can't imagine that they have anything at lunch.
No lap dances tonight. Better looking girls at any bar on any night on Las Olas.
