Back when I was a serious low carber I used to get food at Boston Market quite often; there's nothing like a half chicken to jump start your metabolism. It's been a long time since I've had anything from there, but I was in a hurry as I passed the place and I decided to grab something.
They've changed their sides a bit; they call them "gourmet" sides now. Yeah, sure. Gazing into the display at the sided; most of them looked pretty lame to me. They pus some nuts and roasted peppers in and now call the green beans "Mediterranean" green beens. Frankly I could do without the extra stuff. They're still cold; ah the memories.
Maybe I just got a bad one, but this chicken just wasn't very good. It was very fatty, and the skin wasn't crispy. I guess I just like the well done ones from the supermarket better. I think it will be another 4 years before I try this place again.
