Critic's Review
Tailgators has closed. They've taken everything down except for the "Now Open" sign.

I was driving around and I realized that the Yankees had a day game, so I figured I'd find myself a sports bar. I was right around Smokey Bones, but it wasn't where I wanted to go. I hadn't been to Tailgators since they'd first opened with different ownership, so I headed towards Commercial.
They're website says that they open at 11:30, but as I walked in there was a dude sitting on a couch watching soccer and all of the TVs were off. Ah, you're not open, I asked." He said something about opening early, and that they didn't open until 4pm, but that he'd put the game on.
The place is pretty much the same as 2 years ago, except they got bigger and better TVs. It's a multi-level room with wood furniture and pool tables on the lowest level.
I grabbed a seat at the bar and ordered a light beer. The TVs are pretty close to the bar.
I like eating wings when I'm watching a game, and they claim to have jumbo wings. $1.00 extra for grilled wings. So I ordered 10 wings grilled, which are $11.95. They brought them out in about 10 minutes.
I could tell by looking at these that they were not really grilled. They were fried first and then thrown on a flat grill, which doesn't really do the job. Because they taste exactly the same as fried wings. They weren't bad; sort of like plain fried wings, but I wouldn't pay an extra $1.00 here.
The people who run this place are nice folks, and for this part of the woods it's a decent sports bar. I'm not sure about the food though.
