Critic's Review
If you weren't looking for it, you'd never see the East Coast Burrito Factory. In fact, its pretty easy to miss if you are looking for it. Its not really on Commerical; well it is but it isn't. There's a bunch of houses, shops and shacks on the north side of the road as you travel East from Andrews, on a separate road. The East Coast Burrito Factory is shack #261.
Now I'd never go in this place if I didn't know something about it in advance. While they've been cranking out mexican food since 1994, it looks as much like a dump as a dump can look. On the inside, the place is very modest, with a counter with 2 stools, and couple of table and chairs if you had the inclination to dine in. There's also an outside patio.
Those "in the know" know that this place makes the best burritos this side of San Antonio. The beauty pictured here is a spicy chicken chipotle burrito with black beans, rice and monteray jack cheese.
These guys really know what they're doing. Typically, you'll get too much rice and not much flavor. This is good to the last bite. Its big and you shouldn't eat the whole thing. But you'll want to. That, i can promise. And its just $5.95.
