I never went to this place when it was the Roadhouse Grill, so its not clear what Duffy's has changed. I was eating at Charm City Burger today, so I thought I'd stop in as this place is right around the corner. All I can say is that of all of the Duffy's I've been to, this is by far the worst.
The layout reminds me of an Ale House. There's a bar in the middle, booths throughout the large room, and TVs seemings randomly spattered on the walls whereever they could fit one. There's a bad smell; like a college dormatory after a big party. There's no music playing. The walls are green. A very boring green.
The bar area has TVs at strange angles; the really big screens are in areas not really viewable from the bar. So for a big event, you'd have to get here early to stake out your table. Because of the size of the room and the setup of the bar, you'd have trouble watching all of the games in this place during Sunday Football. If you're stitting at the far end of the bar, there isn't a TV within 20 feet, so bring your glasses (or binoculars).
Of course this is Duffy's so they have the good food and specials. Happy hour 4-7pm and 9pm to Close everyday. All entrees 9.95 on Mondays. 40% off all food weekdays from 2pm-4pm.
