Steve Martorano, owner of Cafe Martoranos in Fort Lauderale and Las Vegas, has opened a new 7400 square foot venue in the Hard Rock Paradise at the location previously occupied by Jazziz Bistro. The restaurant seats 300 and is named Martorano’s Italian-American Kitchen. The restaurant sports white Italian Marble bar tops, a mozzarella bar, and outdoor seating with an after hours menu. The place is equipped with a 10,000 watt sound system and a professional DJ booth.

Martorano’s signature meatballs, eggplant stack and shrimp scampi will all be available in the main dining room. Martorano says he has no plans to close his original 14 table restaurant on Oakland Park Blvd.
