Description

Chill is a wine lounge in that space next to the movie theatre on Sunrise Boulevard. They don't have their wine menu on their web site, so we're not sure what they have.

They serve food, but they don't appear to be licensed to sell food. We've emailed them for their license info, but we haven't received an answer.

Can someone from the DBPR explain how this place can serve food without a restaurant license? I'm just curious if there's some loophole. Usually by now someone catches up with them.
