Metro Grill finally went under; it's a wonder they hung on for so long. On a street where only the Pita Pit is viable, a new place named Primo Gourmet has registered at the location.

It looks like Primo Gourmet just slapped a new sign on Metro Grill and re-opened. So far, no reason to believe that it's anything different.
