Fabio has finally sold this place and it's now operated by the Four Valle's. They claim 30 years of restaurant experience by I can't find 1 thing anywhere about "Chef Pio".

I was going to try this place at lunch but there was some guy with a cigar out front that I could smell 50 feet away in the parking lot. So disgusting.

Finally put up a lunch menu.

Put up part of the dinner menu. $22 for a breaded chicken cutlet. People are so dumb. Carbonara "cream sauce" so you know what we have here.

You’re clearly have not even been there yet.
As a change of ownership it takes time for everything to be updated, and everyone who walks in is aware that Fabio is not there.

how long does it take to post a menu with the new name of the restaurant and the new menu?

Did anyone claim to have been here? Up until yesterday they were using Fabio's facebook page without bothering to mention that it's under new ownership. How long does it take to post a message on Facebook?

By the time people "Walk In" it's too late. They've already seen old menus online or maybe gone out of their way to go to a restaurant that's now a different restaurant.
