The Wilton Wings owner has opened an expensive restaurant in the space previously occupied by Canyon.
They said this was going to be "international" cuisine, but the menu is wholly pedestrian. $9 sides and a $26 Crab Cake. Comfort food at New York City prices. The menu might be interesting at 1/2 the price.
They've hired the "Chef De Cuisine" from The Terrace Grill who previously worked at Valentino's. It's interesting that these places hire underling cooks as rookie Executive Chefs and then charge prices as if Rocchio himself was in the kitchen.
