Critic's Review
I didn't feel like Coal Fired Pizza and I remembered passing this place the other day. Sounds Italian, right? Thought I'd give them a try. I gave them a call and showed up precisely 20 minutes later. The pizza was ready.
The place is take out only; its just a counter. I opened the box to check it out before putting it in the car. It didn't "look" very appetizing.
The first bad sign is that they cut it into 10 pieces. Who cuts a measly 16" pizza into 10 slices? The brownish burn usually means an oven that's not the right temperature.
The pizza wasn't bad; the crust was good. But it doesn't rise to the point where I'd order another over other choices.
