Another major East Boca restaurant has bit the dust; Copper Canyon in Boca Raton is closed. The Blue Ridge Restaurant Group closed the restaurant 2 weeks ago and word is that they plan on opening another restaurant at the same location. Currently, Blue Ridge only operated Copper Canyon and Stamford Grill brands; it's not clear if they have a new concept or if they're converting this to a Stanford Grill.
