The hotel has an attached "sports bar" which is currently named Marina 84. It's changes it's name (and management) several times over the past couple of years. It's suitable for grabbing some sports bar quality food, but it's not really a restaurant or a sports bar. They don't have the sports packages so you may not be able to see your team, and they have Karaoke and Live Bands so it may not be a quite evening if that's what you prefer.
Rodeway Inn Fort Lauderdale
The big thing with this hotel is that it's in the middle of nowhere; well maybe the edge of nowhere. There's nothing nearby, and it doesn't look nearly as nice as it does in their photos.
Amenities
They have a motor inn type pool. It's in the middle of the rectangular structure, so the pool is private to the outside world.
Rodeway Inn Pool
They only have WiFi; although they call it high speed internet, it's not. So don't expect to watch Netflix during your stay.
Beware of the professional photos they have of the place; they're all color enhanced and shot at extreme wide angle so everything looks bigger than it is.
A good value if you're on an extreme budge. But no way to spend a vacation if you're not just on your way to a cruise.
