This parking lot is at the north end of the beach. Its $5 flat rate parking and is unattended in that you need to pay at a machine before you leave. When you enter, you get a ticket. There are machines by the elevators at Beach level where you can pay and it will validate your ticket, which you can then use to open the gate to get out. I recommend exact change, as the machines gave me the wrong change for a $10 and it was quite a hassle getting it corrected.
