Description
This place had no chance; it lasted about 3 months.

I knew that Lorenzo was selling; but I didn't know what was coming. Inexplicably, a Vietnamese restaurant will be opening in its place. What's really strange is that they seem to be promoting seafood rather than the standard Pho and mystery meat.
Lorenzo's was an operating business that probably could have done a lot better with a sprucing up and some competent marketing; I wonder how they feel about selling their 55 year old business and having someone turn it into a Vietnamese restaurant? They probably had a good lease, which is worth more than an aging business.
There's a reason that most Vietnamese restaurants are small; it's not a very popular cuisine. They've been working on this since May; I'm not predicting anything very long lasting. Hopefully they won't make it too creepy so they'll be about the sell it.
