Whiskey Tango finally folded up and Twin Peaks will be opening in this location. To me this is a curious idea; downtown Hollywood isn't the spot I could chose to open a very expensive franchise breastaurant. The challenge they'll have is finding enough hot white chicks to work here; the Hallandale Tilted Kilt folded in months, unable to get women who could lure in men to pay for pedestrian food.
