Blue Steel Pizza will open in the space previously occupied by Tedesco's and more recently Gatsby's. Blue Steel's original location is in New Jersey, where it seems to be a clubby joint that serves fancy Detroit style pizza. The pizzas are 8x10 and cooked in a blue steel pan.
